999 - ask for the ambulance service if you are in immediate danger.
A&E - if you are in urgent need of care and can do so safely.
If your GP has issued the prescription to Echo and you can see this on your Echo Account, you can arrange to have your prescription returned directly to the NHS database. All you have to do is log into your Echo Account and go to:

Follow the steps and we can release the electronic prescription we have received and make this available for any local pharmacy to retrieve and dispense.
